When will I get my order?

Bundles: All Brazilian and Raw Indian hair bundles will be delivered within 7-10 business days (not including holidays).
Clip-In Extensions: Straight, body wave, and yaki straight textures will be delivered within 7-8 business days (not including holidays).

what is the status of my order?

How many bundles do I need?
The number of hair bundles you need will vary depending on the hair texture and your desired volume.
Depending on the hair length, we recommend the following bundles:
- Lengths 14-22": 3 bundles or more
- Lengths 24-30": 4 bundles or more
- Lengths over 30": 5 bundles or more
Can I color or dye your hair products?
Our hair can be colored or dyed, but for the best results and to protect its integrity, we suggest having it done by a licensed professional stylist.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
